Deputies make drug arrests in Tensas Parish

Two St. Joseph residents were recently arrested on drug related charges by the Tensas Parish Sheriff’s Department.
Stacy L. Garner, 101 Martha St., St. Joseph,, was arrested for the possession of a Schedule II (Hydrocodone) Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Garner was booked into the Tensas Parish Jail with the bond set at $5,000.
Devin L. Brown, 128 Woodlawn St., St. Joseph, was arrested for one count of distribution of crack cocaine and one count of distribution of marijuana.
Brown was booked into the Tensas Parish Jail with the bond set at $50,000.
Brown was also arrested on a warrant issued by the Louisiana State Police for charges of aggravated flight from an officer, failure to signal, failure to obey stop sign, illegal window tint and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.
Bond in this matter was set at $101,500.
