Letter to the Editor
Dear Editor:
Wake up! Wake up! God is the head of our lives. Life is like a puzzle, if you don’t have the pieces, then your life will not be complete. You get out of life, what you put in it. Life comes with many mountains to climb, and hoops to jump. We as people have to learn to balance a healthy life by controlling what we do and how we do it. Life just isn’t a hammer hit on a nail; it has more value to it. You only get one life to live, so make the best of it. Dream big, because you can do anything you set your mind to do.
This world needs more positive role models, instead of people who are out to get you and ruin your life. Some people live secret lives, and they think when they have a problem big as day it is the end of the world. Have faith as small as a mustard seed. The Bible says, “Faith is the things hoped for, the evidence of the things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).” You have to live by faith, and not by sight. The things of the world won’t get you through your trial in life, it’s the faith you have in the Lord, Jesus Christ.
There are a lot of young children who have the potential to be a Pro NFL/ NBA player. There are plenty of incredible minds that have what it takes to be a Doctor, Lawyer, or Nurse. What is holding them back? The direction they are headed in life is the main concern to this dramatic era. If one would take the time to be a blessing to someone, parents wouldn’t have to stretch the issue about the places their children are. All it takes is a dedication to someone to lead them down the right direction. I have always been told to be kind to those you meet because you never know when you are entertaining an angel. This lesson isn’t just for the young; it’s for the elder as well. You’re never too young to old to understand the principle of life.
We all have done some things in our life that have caused pain to other people. Forgiveness is the key! Once you forgive someone that makes you the better person and it makes you stronger. Never allow the pain and hurt people have caused you to put a whole on your life. You have to keep living despite all the pain you are going thru. If you keep living in the past you will have no future! Everybody always wants revenge on a person when they do something to you. Revenge only gets you time in jail or dead. Stop worrying about the next person’s life and worry about yourself because pain and hurt only makes you become a person you never ever thought you would be. WHAT DOESN’T KILL YOU ONLY MAKES YOU STRONGER! The devil stays busy and wants to destroy others lives and the devil does it thru you. Why does everyone think there is so much hate drama killing and fighting going on between people? The devil likes to rob, steal, kill and destroy you! No one ever thinks of the consequences their actions have on another person until it’s too late and it done happened!! FORGIVE AND FORGET!!! LOVE BUT NEVER HATE!!!
For this world we live in isn’t our home, because, we are all just passing through this old life. We are here today, and can be gone be gone today. While you live give people their flowers because when they are gone you will wish you have done otherwise. Never regret the mistakes you may have in life, because God takes us through the darkness, to draw us closer to him. The Bible states, “The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light, they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them that hath the light shined (Isaiah 9:2).” God takes us through this test our faith, to see if it’s strong in him. Growing up, my dad was a Pastor, being in church I really didn’t understand God and his works. Now that I am older I am starting to see the moral. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. For, God is able to deliver thee. Life does get overwhelming, and our minds and heart want to give up. You have to take the good with the bad because in the end, all of your good days outweigh your bad days. Why complain?
God is a lamp unto thy feet, and a light unto thy path. In our everyday life there are people who persecute and despite you, the Bible teaches us to pray for those who fall in that ascent. Surely, some people want to see you fall, when you are on the road to success. We all have sin. And come short of the glory of God. Standing on God’s word is powerful, he is the life. We didn’t make ourselves; it started with Adam and Eve. God made Eve from Adam, that’s how we gained the word woman. God took Adam’s rib, and placed it upon woman. We have to realize where our help comes from. Trust in God, and not man, for man will fail you. God said, he will never leave nor forsake you. God’s word is true, stand on the promises of God. Apply God’s knowledge unto your life and cast thy burdens unto him.
No weapons formed against you shall prosper. Our lives are the center of the universe. We live and we learn. God doesn’t take us far, to leave us. Everyone should have a goal to seek. No one should walk around wondering, we all have a talent. Find your talent, and use what God has blessed you with. Don’t live your life with talent undiscovered. Believe. Achieve. Receive. Education holds the key to initial any door you want to open. Furthermore, the greatest gift from God is the life he sacrificed, moreover, the love he has for us. Truly, if God is for you then who can be against you!!
