Having a “Little” may not be such a bad thing!

“A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.” Psalm 37:16

Coming for a visit and say good-bye on Saturday was Mrs. Evelyn House. She will be moving up north to Kingtson, N.Y. on Thursday with her son and family, Dr. William House. I wish her well in her new dwelling. I can only imagine it will be quit a change.

I suppose this wet weather has everyone staying in, because there is not much going on, no news.

Our heartfelt sympathy and love goes out to Billy Richardson and his family in the loss of their loved one Susan. She took her heavenly flight this week after a lengthy illness. Billy lost the love of his life and others lost a great friend. God will bless him for the care he gave her and sustain him in the days ahead!

Here for a short visit with Terry and Denise over the weekend was granddaughters, Hannah Jane an Gracie Ruth.

Happy Birthday this week to: Ashley Absher, Morgan and Megan Hogg, Rita Mann on June 5th, Bobby McCowin, Ernie Greer, Joe Lively, Larry Lockaby on June 6th, Dollie Dew, Grant Vaughan, John Dyess on June 7th, My Little girl, Vanessa Thompson, Judy Caldwell, Bailey Hale on June 8th, Heath Dew, Drake Eppenette on June 9th, My better half, truly, Tommy Thompson who will be 80 on June 10th, and Alexa Roberts who turns 15 on June 10th. May these celebrate many more! 

Anniversary wishes: Deborah and George Ogles and Linda and Billy Nix on June 6th, Lottie and Blanchard Monroe 58 years, and me and Tommy 58 years on June 7th. May we all celebrate many more happy, happy years together!
