Cool Kids Summer Mentoring Program in Partnership with the Town of Rayville and Major Harry Lewis is scheduled to open it’s summer program on June 26.
Pre-registration will is from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday.
The program will take place in a cool, safe and positive environment at the Eugene Center from 3-6 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
The program is design to provide our community youth ages 12-21 with a summer program that helps build character, self-respect, self-awareness and an opportunity to foster learning, by producing productive minds.
Cool Kids is the acronym for Confidence Opportunity Open-Minds and Leadership. The program will work hands on with the Rayville police and sheriff’s department to provide motivational speakers and recreational activities.
The Cool Kids full Summer agenda will be available on registration. Volunteers are always welcome.
