Charles W. Borden

Memorial services for Charles W. Borden, 80, of Rayville, will be held at noon Saturday, May 28, 2016 at his residence, 6105 Hwy 80 West, Rayville.

Charles W. Borden was born June 17, 1935 in Pioneer and passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 in West Monroe.

Mr. Charles was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He is preceded in death by his parents, Printis Borden and Jewel Borden Greer; son, Sammy Borden; daughter, Lori Ann Borden; and brother, Martin Borden.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Carolyn Sue Borden of Rayville; sons, Chuck Dewayne Borden and wife, Patricia Lynn, Tommy Wayne Borden and wife, Kathy Jean, Kenneth Lee Borden, and Rodney Borden and wife, Hannah all of Rayville; daughter-in-law, Andy Borden; grandchildren, Ashley Borden, Brittany Borden, T.J. Borden, Courtney Borden, Matthew Borden, Sassy Borden, Abigail Borden, and Brylei Borden; 8-great grandchildren; brothers, Lavelle Borden and wife, Irma, Randy Borden and wife, Gail, and Eugene Borden and wife, Ann; sister, Mary Ann Harris; and special friend, Destiny Brook Ellis.
