Sylvia Love

Funeral services for Sylvia Love, 87, of Rayville, will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville with Bro. Prentis Gandy officiating.
Interment will follow in the Love Cemetery, Rayville.
Sylvia was born November 10, 1929 in Spearsville, LA and passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 in Rayville, LA.
Mrs. Sylvia was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Phelston and Ela Upshaw.
Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Ben Love of Rayville; children, Dennis Love and wife, Robbie of Rayville, Bennye Love and wife, Earline of Rayville, Dwan Scarborough of Rayville, Deneen Love of Dunn, and Cindy Caston of Rayville; 9-grandchildren and 10-great grandchildren; brothers, Wilbur Upshaw of Spearsville and Derl Upshaw of Spearsville; and sister, Lavern Shepard of Salem, OR.
Pallbearers were her grandsons, Andy Love, Ryan Spruell, Clinton Adcock, Tyler Ezell, Thad Cooper, Josh Morgan, and Tyler Eckhardt. Honorary pallbearers were Adam Ratcliff and Jacob Livingston.
