Wroten tapped for 2015 All MAIS basketball team

The Mississippi Association of Independent Schools has announced the State AA “All MAIS Basketball Team” for 2015. 

Noah Wroten, a junior forward at Riverfield Academy has been selected for this prestigious honor for his exceptional play during the 2015 basketball season. Being  one of only six players selected from the 32 AA schools is one of the highest honors given by the association.

Wroten has been named to the MAIS Northstate All Tournament team for the past two seasons and also was named District  3-AA Most Valuable Player his sophomore and junior seasons. 

Wrotens’ Raider team has been undefeated in district play for two seasons and has  played in the Northstate Tournamnet  and MAIS AA State Tournament in 2014 and 2015.

He is the son of Wyndell and LaSonda Wroten of Rayville. Noah is coached by Coach Mike Reans and Assistant Coach Logan Moore.
