Forgiveness Lesson

Holding a grudge never harms no one except he that continues the feud, though the other party in question may have been thoughtless or even rude. The hours spent hating another are a terrible waste of time. Bitterness destroys your connections to others, with no reason or rhyme. All religions teach their followers to be peacefull and not hate. To set aside your negative thoughts learn to love before it s too late. Life is short and passes too quickly to waste it on hatred and contempt. For another’s suppose short combings at least try to make the attempt to accept what you view as flaws and realize God made us all. However imperfect in your eyes Judging others is only God’s call.

Coming by on Friday was Ann Morgan, her daughters Sabrina and grandchildren from down near Lafayette. They were here to visit Ora Moses but had to stop by for ice cream.

Maybe Ben, Cooper and Ahndi will get their feel of fishing, knee boarding and watching the bears since they have been down on lake Louie for over a week. Greg, Jeanne and Ainsly joined them for on night and day. It would be too hot for me on the lake, but some people love it!

Alan and Trisha Thompson have enjoyed their nephew, Pee Wee Carter and his little family from California here for several days. Friday Francis Woodard, Daugher Sherry and two grandchildren from Forney, Texas come over to visit them, they all went to Vicksburg to visit Larry Carter.  Pee Wee didn’t get to visit me since I was out of pocket as usual at a doctors appointment.

Visiting on Saturday afternoon was Hilda Clack and Lawrence Smith and little dog Rex, Ha. Stayed for a while and did enjoy their visit.

We enjoyed Sue and Bobby Hales stopping by on Sunday on their way back to Rayville from Oak Grove. We enjoyed their visit. Also, Bubba Chaney come by for ice cream and a brief visit.

Our sincere sympathy and loves goes out to Brenda McManus and family in the loss of her brother, Bud Johnston. May God’s love fill the void in each life touched by his death.
