Sunday, September 4th, John was at the Excalibur in West Monroe to celebrate grandbabies birthday party. Mylee Ann turned 6 years, Hayes turned 4 years, and Lawson turned 2 years. Lots of fun food and noise. Everyone had a great time.
Jerry and Diane Cobb was gonna check their boat to see if there was any leaks, Well, off to Poverty Point they went, put the boat in the lake and off for a ride but not very long, Jerry hit a stump and yes, then the boat had a leak with the whole back of the boat was gone. They took a swim had help arrive, got their demolished boat out and come home. Not funny but you may as well laugh as cry! Just glad no one was hurt, only their feelings.
Here to say hello on Saturday was Jean Caston Bailey from Ruston and her girls and grands. Always good to see them.
Kelsie come up from Lafayette on Friday night to be here for Aiden Cheeks party on Saturday. Aiden turned 4 years old. His party was a Construction Party, “dirt cake” and all the equipment. A water slide outside was enjoyed by several kids at momma Barbra Ann’s house.
Overnight guest with Ralph and Janet Cheek was their son, Scotty and Bambi and their children. Can you believe they drove all the way from South Texas to deliver a beautiful dog (thats what Janet said) to his mom. Can you believe a dog in her house? No!
