Police Report

The Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of June 15-21.

• Doris Green, 57, 807 Griffin St., Tallulah; felony damage to property.

• Frederick Cook, 19, 106 Donna St., Rayville; damage to property greater than $100.

• Cassie Griffin, 52, 557 Forest Oaks Road, Monroe; driving under suspension.

• Travis Fabela, 29, 512 Oak St., Rayville; exhaust system violation, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, improper backing and resisting by flight.

• Aaron Ochoa, 27, 128 B Pear St., Covington; no driver’s license.

• David Gonzalez, 101 Ellendale Drive, Houma; possession of drug paraphernalia. 

• Demontrey Pridgett, 22, 152 Savanna Lane, Winnsboro; disturbing the peace (general).

• Ronald Hasselbeck, 1900 Garrett Road, Monroe; theft less than $300.

• Five juveniles were arrested this week. Five were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and one with simple criminal trespassing.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 15 traffic citations this week. That number includes 11 for speeding, three for running a stop sign and one for no seat belt.
